How to Obtain CE Credit
Present to December 31, 2014 all CE credit can be obtained from http://Healthsystemce.org.
**Please Note** All CE credit must be retrieved within 45 days of the program.
Your member sign-in information will be sent to you automatically when you register as a member of NYSCHP. If you have lost of forgotten your password, please follow the forgotten password instructions provided at:
http://www.healthsystemce.org/forgot_password/.
If you do not know your log-in information or have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please contact Aviva Bodek at Aviva.Bodek@thompsonhealth.org.
As of December 31, 2014, http://Healthsystemce.org will be migrating to CE Sally. CE Sally is a new online website that lets you obtain and record your CE credits. As a result of this change, ALL CE credits will need to be printed out or saved to your files prior to December 31, 2014.
**Please Note** that you will not have the ability to login to http://Healthsystemce.org after 12/31/2014 to retrieve, save or print any of your CE credits. As of January 1, 2013 all CE is reported to MyCPEmonitor. If all information was inputted correctly into Healthsystemce, your credits from 2013 and beyond should be listed with CPEmonitor.
Therefore, We ask that you please take the time to login to your profile before the end of the year. We hope that you find CE Sally to be user friendly, and also please remember that the time frame is still 45 days from the date of the program to retrieve your CE credits.

Please email Elizabeth_hansen@urmc.rochester.edu if you would like to suggest or request a topic for upcoming CE. Please state why you are interested in the topic and if you have any recommendations on speakers for the program. All submissions and nominations are welcome.

The Rochester Area Society of Health-System Pharmacists hold a monthly continuing education program on every third Wednesday of the calendar month. These programs usually consist of a 30 minute registration period followed by dinner and the continuing education presentation. Booths and presentation materials may be requested prior to the meeting to accommodate your display.
The audience at these meetings typically consist of clinical pharmacy practitioners and pharmacy students from Rochester and surrounding counties. The attendees are those that typically practice, teach, and conduct clinical research in academic health science centers, community hospitals, ambulatory settings, managed care, and the pharmaceutical industry. Anticipated attendance typically 30-50 people.
We would like to invite your company to have the opportunity to display information about its products at this meeting. The fee associated with this opportunity to display is $500. The check for this request can be made payable to RASHP and be delivered or mailed to: Jeremiah Moore, Pharm.D.
